I have been a resident of the New Hampshire Seacoast for over 11 years, spending most of that time as an award-winning professional journalist. As a freelance writer, I specialize in articles about crime and justice, horses, food, boating culture, travel and the people, events and attractions of the local New Hampshire Seacoast. I also write a parenting blog for Seacoast Media Group which can be seen at www.seacoastparentsconnect.com

NEWS:
I recently finished writing my first true crime/investigative book, which will be published by Berkley Publishing, an imprint of Penguin. The book centers on the double life of James Keown, a Missouri native, convicted in June of 2008 of poisoning his wife Julie Keown, by spiking her Gatorade with antifreeze and the determined police investigators who brought the case to justice.
